Design

Event design can make or break your event. This encompasses all aspects of how your event will look, feel and interact with your intended audience. It focuses on the aesthetic details and helps to create the right mood or atmosphere and includes intelligent use of decorations, smart space planning, suitable lighting and appropriate color palettes that will eventually be translated and adapted to all event collaterals.
We don’t only create great 3D designs but 2D ones as well. Our graphic design services cover a wide range of products – brochures, business cards, publications, mailers, posters and billboards – we’ve pretty much designed it all. We’ll help you convert potential clients into paying clients with well-designed collateral.

Production

Once you’ve got your theme and design all sorted out, it’s time for our production floor to bring those sketches, technical drawings, and other specifications to life. Getting it right the first time will help you avoid any unnecessary delays and cost overruns. We build in buffers to cater for any unexpected turn of events to help minimize any disruptions that you may encounter.
What we do not do in-house, we only engage skilled craftsmen who are experts in their field of play, to ensure that your event comes out looking as it should as we work together with you as an extension of your team, seamlessly all the time.
As well as exhibition structures, we offer the high-quality colour printing services. From large format signage, exhibition displays, marketing materials and event graphics to small order printing flyers and leaflets, we have everything you need to make your business or brand stand out from the crowd.
We make every effort to factor in the use of Re-board into the design and subsequent production of exhibition booths as an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional materials like MDF/plywood, foams and plastics wherever possible. In addition, we use only wood-free or eco-friendly paper for all your printing needs.
Your booths and collaterals can be environmentally sustainable through the use of reusable, reconfigurable and recyclable solutions. This will help reduce your carbon footprint and eliminate the ‘build and burn’ concept of custom stands.

Management

We start with your end goals in mind and work from the top down. We then break your goals into manageable tasks and determine where the tasks go to in one of three of our pre-defined phases: Pre-Event, On-site Event, and Post-Event. In this way, you will get clarity in how your event flows from one phase to the next, very much like how cogs fit into the wheel.
From pre-event planning to sourcing to logistics, production, on-site event execution to post-event analysis and reporting, and everything in between, we detail out each phase, so we do not miss out on any seemingly small items, but not losing sight on the bigger picture.

Although we live in the age of 1s and 0s, sometimes, the old fashion way could be your key to a successfully crafted event. At Aspen, we will incorporate the new with the old, digital with analog, or high tech with low tech.
